Q. Can I use Working Church on a network, from multiple
locations, or computers?
A. Yes, the software can be installed on your local network and allows
for multiple users to have their own logins, passwords and security settings for the various applications. There
is no additional charge for a
"network" version. You can also run Working
Church using remote control software which allows you to
access your computer from anywhere in the world over the internet. Alternately, you can subscribe to the cloud version and access it from practically any device.

Q. Is a demo of Working Church available?
A. Yes, you can download a free demo of Working Church for
evaluation purposes. The demo version is fully functional except the
tables are limited to 25 records each. In fact, we humbly request you
get the demo first before purchasing as we do not offer refunds once
the purchase is made. The demo will let you evaluate our software at
your leisure before you buy anything. Please

Q. Can I print church directories
with Working Church?
A. Yes, you can print church
directories with both versions of Working
Church -Light and Standard. Please visit our Print Church

Q. Am I limited to the demo records that came
with Working Church?
A. No, you can delete the included records (members, housesholds, etc.) and enter
up to 25 of your own.

Q. Is Microsoft Access required to run
Working Church?
A. Working
Church is written in Microsoft
Access®.
You will need a copy of the "free" Access 2016 or higher Runtime
(we will provide this for you). Again, the Access 20nn Runtime is
free. It is installed automatically
if you don't have your own copy of Access already when you download our
demo or install it from a CD.

Q. Is there an advantage having Access instead of just the
Runtime?
A. No, at least not as far as Working Church is concerned. The free
Microsoft Access Runtime is all that is needed. However, Working Church will also run using the
full version of Access 2016 or higher if you already have that installed on your system.

Q. Are there instructions for installing the demo CD if I
have questions?
A. Refer to the Installation Guide for help. This pdf format
guide can be viewed online, downloaded or printed. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader® or a compatible viewer to
view the guide.

for Working Church?
A. Yes, we have a full user's guide for the program. It will be installed with the software.

Q. I have a demo version of
Working Church on my computer but can't log in.
A. The username and password for the demo version are admin and 12345.

Q. If I enter data in the demo will I lose it if I
purchase the software and have to enter it all again?
A. No, the data you enter will not be "erased" when you purchase the
Working Church software.

Q. Does Working Church interface with Outlook, Outlook
Express or Thunderbird?
A. You can send email directly from Working Church.
Your Windows default email program will be used, automatically. It will
not interface with web based email clients, however, options are given
to allow you to cut and paste email addresses for mass mailings.

Q. Will Working Church grow with
us?
A. Yes, the software can easily
handle a growing church. If you have 10 users or a thousand or more,
Working Church can help you manage your membership.

Q. When I'm ready to order, do I order
online or by phone?
A. Online. The program can be purchased and downloaded from our
Buy
Now page. You can use any major credit card. You do
not need a
PayPal account to purchase. Look for the link the says purchase
using a credit card.

Q. Is a cloud-based version of
Working Church available?
A. Yes. Working
Church is available as a desktop version, which installs on your own computer, or a
network, and available in a cloud version. You can find more details about each version on our Pricing
page.

Q. What kind of technical support do we
provide?
A. Online support is
included free for 1 year with the purchase of the
program. User questions are typically resolved via email or via
remote control sessions. Program updates are available for download.
After
the first year, there is a nominal fee for continued support. We do not provide telephone or in-person based support or training.

Q. What is your Refund Policy?
Refund Policy. Please Read Before Purchase.Working
Church is downloadable, fully-functional, "free" to use for up to 25 members, and
try-before-you-buy. This allows you to fully evaluate the product in your
computing environment and we encourage you to do so before you commit to purchasing the software. If you
purchase our product, after we receive payment notification that your purchase has been approved, an email will be
sent to you with an activation key to unlock the software. Once this information is emailed to you, there will be
no refunds given. We must enforce this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your
registered version of our software. So, please try it out before you purchase.
